Eligible non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of physical delivery when they meet the applicable return requirements.

For approved non-defect returns, including change of mind, size preference, or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the actual outbound shipping and fulfillment costs incurred by SOOINC may be deducted from the refund.

Customized, bespoke, modified, made-to-order, and final-sale products are generally not eligible for non-defect returns.

This restriction does not apply to verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, incorrect items, or products that do not match the specifications confirmed in the order.

Order Cancellations

Non-customized orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be accepted only if the order has not entered production and has not been shipped.

Customized, bespoke, modified, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

Manufacturer Warranty

SOOINC lighting fixtures, excluding consumable items such as light bulbs, are covered by a Two-Year Manufacturer Warranty against verified manufacturing, structural, or technical defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or external causes unrelated to manufacturing quality.

Warranty claims may require order information, photographs, videos, or other reasonable evidence to help us verify the issue.

Shipping damage and manufacturer warranty claims are handled separately as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Installation & Product Use

Lighting fixtures should be installed and used according to the applicable product instructions, local electrical requirements, and safe installation practices.
